My Patient Care Return, Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy

At My Patient Care, we try to deliver the correct medicines and healthcare products according to your order and prescription. We ensure that all products are delivered safely and in good condition.

We strongly recommend that customers check the products at the time of delivery.


1. Definition of Return

If Replace and return any physical product or service to My Patient Care you are agree to accepted following condition.

  • A Return means sending the product back to My Patient Care after receiving it.
  • You can request a return in the following situations:
  • The product delivered is different from what you ordered.
  • The product is expired or near expiry (less than 3 months validity).
  • The product is damaged during delivery.
  • The product seal is broken or tampered.
  • ⚠️ If the product looks damaged at the time of delivery, do not accept the package.
  • If you find damage after opening the package, you can request a refund. Replacement may not always be possible depending on product availability.
  • If you will change your product replacement or return. So you can given charges of delivery.
  • Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days may not be accepted.
  • My Patient Care will check the complaint. If it is genuine, the return and refund process will begin.
  • If false complaints are made about product quality, My Patient Care may take legal action.

2. Conditions for Product Return

Returns will be accepted only if:

  • The product was not ordered wrongly by the customer.
  • The batch number matches the invoice.
  • The product is returned in original packaging with labels, barcode, and invoice.
  • The product is unused and unopened.

  • Change in prescription after ordering.

  • Opened medicine strips.
  • We will not return any purchase or downloaded E-books file. Which could available in any format on My Patient Care. Like Pdf.

4. Return Process

To request a return:

  • Submit your return request.
  • Our customer support team will review your request within 72 hours.
  • If approved, we will arrange pickup of the product.
  • Customers must pack the product in original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days after product pickup.

5. Medical Test Refund Policy

Refund for medical tests may be provided if:

  • The test report is incorrect and no proper explanation is provided.
  • The report is delayed by more than 72 hours without valid reason.
  • If a patient suffers injury during sample collection, My Patient Care may provide:
  • Free doctor consultation
  • Free medicine delivery

6. Refund Process

If the refund request is valid:

  • Wallet payments will be refunded to the same wallet.
  • Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer. if given name on bill or address are matched with bank details.
  • Refunds are usually completed within 30 days.

7. Online Consultation Refund

Refund for online consultation will be provided only if:

  • The doctor does not reply within the promised time.
  • The refund request must be made within 72 hours after submitting the consultation query.
  • If approved, the refund will be sent to the customer’s bank account within 30 days.

8. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges depend on the order value and location.
  • The exact shipping cost will be shown in the cart during checkout.

9. Order Cancellation Policy


Customer Cancellation:

  • Customers can cancel the order before it is shipped.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Medical test orders can be cancelled before sample collection.

My Patient Care Cancellation

My Patient Care may cancel an order if:

  • The product is not available.
  • There is an error in price or product information.
  • The order is considered a bulk order.

Bulk orders may include:

  • Products ordered for resale purposes
  • Multiple orders of the same product
  • Large quantity orders
  • Invalid delivery address

My Patient Care – E-Book / Digital Product Return & Refund Policy

At My Patient Care, we provide digital health guides and educational materials such as E-books, PDF files, and other downloadable formats to help patients understand diseases and treatments.

Since these products are digital downloads, they are delivered instantly after purchase. Therefore, the following policy applies.

1. No Return Policy for Digital Products

  • All E-books, PDF files, and other downloadable digital products purchased from My Patient Care are non-returnable.
  • Once the file has been successfully purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned.

2. No Refund Policy

All purchases of digital files (E-books, PDFs, guides, or any downloadable content) are final.

  • File corrupted
  • You may contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase. Our team will assist you in re-sending the download link or fixing the issue.
