Return & Exchange Policy

My Patient Care values its customers and takes utmost due care. The product(s) can be returned or replaced by the customer, however, the same is subject to the following:

The product(s) received was damaged.
Different product(s) dispatched.

In case of a return or replacement the customer is bound to immediately notify the team of Jan Swasthya Technologies Private Limited i.e. within 24 Hours of the receipt of the product(s).

The product(s) which is to be returned or replaced by the customer has to be returned back to the My Patient Care with the original bill and packaging along with the complete and entire contents of the shipment.


Used product(s) will neither be returned nor be replaced.

The final decision to return or replace the product(s) rests with the My Patient Care and the same will be binding upon the customer also.
